Hurricane Milton, a Category 3 storm with 120 mph winds, hit Florida on October 9. Evacuation orders and storm surge warnings were issued, with the storm causing three million people to lose power. Water Mission is responding by providing generators to restore electricity and access to safe water, as well as hygiene kits that are needed during this disaster.
